02/ ONGOING SUPPORT OPTIONS

After completing the Starter Package, you’ll have two tailored paths depending on the level of support you need.

If you’re unsure which level of support is right for your business, start with an Alignment Call. A 30 minute Zoom session designed to assess your current business needs and identify the best support for you. This call helps you get clarity on where you need the most help and whether my expertise is the right fit to move your business forward. Following the call, I’ll recommend the most suitable level of support. If we decide to work together, the $50 AUD fee will be deducted from your first invoice.

  • For business owners who need on-demand or project-based support, without a long-term commitment.

    10 hours – $1,000 (ideal for small projects or occasional help)
    20 hours – $2,000 (for regular support without a monthly retainer)
    30 hours – $3,000 (for structured, ongoing backend support)

    Tracked in 15-minute increments with weekly updates and on demand reporting.

  • For business owners who need consistent, high-level support to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.

    • 3 month minimum commitment (ensures real progress and stability)

    • Pricing starts at $800 per month (custom quotes based on business needs)

    • Retainers are invoiced monthly and paid in advance

    • No rollover of hours – Additional hours are invoiced separately at the end of the calendar month.

    • Set up via Stripe direct debit for seamless payments
